Sarah graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's in health
science and master's degree in physical therapy in 2001. While attending MIZZOU she
worked as the Student Fitness Program Manager in the MU Aerobics program and was
recognized with both the Significant Contribution Award and the Directors Award for
Outstanding Service. Sarah was certified to teach group fitness (step, kickbox, yoga,
Pilates, and cycling) and personal training through AFAA, and developed innovative
programming to promote health and fitness to MU recreation center clients. After
graduation, Sarah began to practice outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and
functioned as a PT clinic manager.
In 2004, following her passion for prevention, Sarah opened Ultimate Potential
Fitness (UPF) where she developed active enrichment classes and camps for kids,
providing fun ways for children to get exercise in partnership with local schools and
community centers.
In 2011, Sarah dissolved UPF and formed 2 new entities. Club KidFit is a 501c3
organization with the mission to provide kids and families with knowledge and
resources to live an active, healthy lifestyle. The 501c3 status and creation of a
diverse revenue plan will help fulfill that mission. She also functions as the
Owner of Acrovita, LLC. Acrovita
empowers your well-being through innovative fitness, physical therapy, nutrition,
and wellness programs delivered by professionals in the privacy of your home.
Sarah is happily married to her wonderful husband, Craig. Together they have 2 young
daughters, Elizabeth and Caroline. Sarah loves spending time with her family,
exercising, and traveling whenever possible.
Jessica Cooper, Marketing & Development Manager

Jessica worked with Club KidFit when the organization was known as "Ultimate Potential
Fitness", from 2006 to 2009 in various capacities from Instructor to Program Manager
while studying at Maryville University of Saint Louis. In the summer of 2006, Jessica
also got involved with Camp Quality Northwest Missouri, a camp dedicated to providing
positive life experiences for kids diagnosed with cancer, where she found her passion
for working with nonprofit organizations. Jessica began fundraising for Camp Quality
at Maryville where she was awarded with "Community Service Program of the Year" for
the Student Service Auction to benefit Camp Quality Northwest Missouri. She also
interned with the Foundation at St. Louis Children's Hospital before earning her
Bachelor's in Communications from Maryville in 2008.
Determined to get further involved and educated in nonprofit organization practices,
Jessica went on to receive her Master's in Nonprofit Organizations from the University
of Georgia in 2010. While at UGA, Jessica worked with The Georgia Club Foundation and
as a Graduate Assistant for UGA on the $1 million "Building Community Services That
Grow Local Economies" grant through the Administration for Children and Families.
Jessica continues to stay involved with Camp Quality Northwest Missouri as the
Training Coordinator. She is also a certified USA Swimming and American Swimming
Coaches Association (ASCA) Level 2 coach. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading,
journaling, traveling, swimming and spending time with her dog, Butler.
Joy Holdmeier, Program Manager

Joy has 11 years of experience in the fitness industry and a BA in Physical Education
and Sports Management from Lindenwood University. As a fitness specialist, Joy enjoys
educating, motivating and coaching beginners to change their life through fitness -
especially being involved in someone's new found success and enjoyment of fitness and health.
Joy holds various certifications, including AFAA Yoga Training and ACE Personal Trainer.
She enjoys yoga, running marathons, photography, embroidery, and spending time with her
two beautiful daughters and husband.
